 Pancake Day!
Why not try our gluten and refined sugar free banana, blueberry and raw honey pancakes?!
2 eggs
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together (in a Nutribullet or similar) until smooth.
Allow batter to stand for 10 mins until thickened slightly.
Heat frying pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil and fry pancakes until golden on each side.
Drizzle with raw honey and serve with fresh blueberries and banana.
